About Homestead Creations
A general contractor in Woodridge, serving Chicagoland. Founded by Isiah O. Dunn, who has worked in the trade since 2007.
Homestead Creations Inc is an Illinois corporation that has served Chicagoland since 2024. We take on remodeling and construction projects, from a single bathroom to an addition, and we look after vacant and bank-owned homes for the people responsible for them.
Isiah has spent 19 years in the trade, selling, estimating and running residential projects. He started Homestead to run jobs the way homeowners wish every contractor would: a written scope before anything starts, one person to call, and photos of the work as it happens.
How we work
- A free, written quote that lists the work, the materials and who does each part
- No work starts until you approve the price
- One point of contact from the first visit to the final walk-through
- Before, during and after photos of your job
- Problems found behind walls are photographed and agreed with you before they are fixed
- Licensed work, like plumbing and electrical, done by licensed contractors we name up front
- The site cleaned up every day
Tell us about your project.
